Every visit has an agreed scope. We quote the result we can responsibly plan—not an open-ended hourly service or a promise of specialist treatment.
Kitchens and cupboards
Kitchen detail work, agreed cupboard interiors and exteriors, and individually defined domestic appliance refreshes.
Bathrooms and living spaces
Detailed attention to suitable surfaces, fixtures and agreed priorities in bathrooms, bedrooms and shared spaces.
Interior glass and hard floors
Reachable interior windows and glass, plus detailed vacuuming and mopping of suitable hard floors.
Focused jobs
A small number of clearly defined priorities when a whole-home refresh is not the right fit.
End-of-tenancy work
Selectively assessed and quoted only where the scope, condition and access are suitable.
How scope is agreed
Priorities first, then a fixed written price.
We review your form, photographs and any follow-up questions. The written quotation sets out what is included, the planned time and the fixed price.
A provisional minimum booking of £96 applies unless we agree a written exception. A 25% deposit is needed before a booking is confirmed.
If you ask to change the scope, any price change is agreed before extra work begins.
Not included
Jobs that need a specialist, a trade or different equipment.
A domestic oven refresh may be quoted, but it is not a specialist professional oven-cleaning service. Heavily carbonised ovens may be declined or referred.
